Description

The jQuery.removeData() jQuery Data utility method, removes the specified data that was previously stored with the jQuery.data() method.

Shorthand version $.removeData()

  • The jQuery.removeData() method is a low-level method which we are showing for completeness.
  • We suggest using the .removeData() method instead.

Syntax
